PILOTS 2007 Demo
After graduating from Greenville in 2006, my band (which was then referred to) When Sorrow Fails when on tour. After tour we buckled down, wrote some songs we were proud of and recorded with me using Greenville’s studios (thanks to my favorite prof., Mike Johnson!) Before we took the weekend to track the songs, I [...]

Wisdom Teeth
So, I got two wisdom teeth out on Friday. The top two. I got them pulled, I think. I was knocked out, so I don’t remember or was unconscious (which, if the latter’s the case, then both because how can I recall what I did not comprehend?) It hurts some. I have Hydroco (Vicoden – [...]

The new Copeland record…
…is absolute drivel. It’s abysmal. The lyrics are completely uninspired and vague for no reason at all. I don’t believe a word Aaron Marsh sings. It’s gross that, with the packaging for the album, they compared him to Sufjan Stevens and Jeff Tweedy. I’m disgusted, I freaking can’t stand this record.

the ep
Okay, okay. Brandon Ross is apparently the only person who wants to know, but he’s enough… We’re gonna go back to Greenville in two weeks and records 4 new songs, and do some more overdubs on Terror, and send them to be mixed by Atlanta’s Matt Goldman. Matt produced such great sounding records including Copeland’s [...]
